采用日本川崎机械手,最高速度可达每分钟 22 次,满足高速联动线和两台全自动糊盒机共用一台机械手的码垛速度要求;

全伺服高速四边对齐装置,高速高效运行,满足高效机械手的运行和码垛速度要求;

Japan’s Kawasaki manipulator is adopted, with a maximum speed of 22 times per minute, meeting the palletizing speed requirements of high-speed linkage lines and two fully automatic folder gluers sharing one manipulator;

Full-servo high-speed four-side alignment device, with high-speed and efficient operation, meets the operation and palletizing speed of high-efficiency manipulators;

3D 自动别系 3D automatic visual identification system

3D 视觉自动识别系统,自动识别纸箱长宽高,系统 自动生成跺型,整线根据跺型尺寸,最慢 8 秒完成一键调机。无需人工任何干预。

The 3D automatic visual identification system can automatically identify the length, width and height of the carton, and the system can automatically generate the palletizing type. The entire line can complete one-key machine adjustment according to the size of he palletizing type in the slowest 8 seconds. No human intervention is required.

机器人抓手 Robot Gripper

机械手采用日本川崎180高速专用码垛机械手臂;

Japan's Kawasaki 180 high-speed special palletizing manipulator is adopted;

夹具采用夹板夹取,由伺服电机驱动,行程 范围2601360mm

•The fixture is clamped by a splint, driven by a servo motor, and the stroke range is 260-1360mm;

机器人夹具一次抓取一件或两件产品;

• The robot gripper grabs one or two products at a time;

机械人底座采用30mm高强钢板及快速固定方式,无需挖地基或重新打混凝土;

• The robot base adopts 30mm high-strength steel plate and fast fixing method, and there

is no need to dig foundation or re-cast concrete;

夹具具体结构以最终方案为准。

产品定位夹取机构 Product Positioning Clamping Mechanism

产品定位夹取机构由多个机构组成,实现产品定位, 助机器人更快地夹取产品;

•The product positioning and clamping mechanism is composed of multiple mechanisms to realize product positioning and assist the robot to clamp products faster;

产品定位夹取机构中的幅宽大小调节和产品前后距离定位,由伺服电机控制,可提高定位精度和工作效率

• The width adjustment and product front and rear distance positioning in the product positioning and clamping mechanism are controlled by servo motors, which can improve positioning accuracy and work efficiency;

自动栈板库

自动栈板库Automatic Palletizing Library

组合式框架,框架外侧封金属 板。

•Combined frame, and the outside edge of the frame is sealed with metal plates.

采用气缸升降。

• Using cylinder lifting.

设有调节装置,导向装置为两组滑轨上下滑动。两边的 活动架可调整。

•There is an adjustment device, and the guide device is two sets of slide rails that slide up and down. The movable shelves on both sides can be adjusted.

四面拍齐 Four-side Alignment 

高度方向调整采用伺服模组,整理框为两对对称链条模组,采用伺服电机为动力。

•The vertical adjustment adopts the servo module, and the finishing frame is two pairs of symmetrical chain modules, and the servo motor is used as the power.

与产品接触面为铝合金材质,经久耐用而且质量轻。

设备与堆垛工位输送线一体。

升降输送 Lifting Conveyor

驱动装置采用液压控制运动,实现输送滚筒升降,使栈板下降到手动叉车工作高度。

•The driving device adopts hydraulic control movement to realize the lifting and lowering of the conveying roller and lower the pallet to the working height of the manual forklift.

辊筒无动力控制,使成品纸箱平稳的输送到手动叉车上。

• The rollers are controlled without power, so that the finished cartons are smoothly conveyed to the manual forklift.

采用全自动感应控制系统。
