采用真空吸附，前缘式送纸机构，后挡板和送纸板，侧档板 手动，自动可选。

送纸平台移动使用直线导轨，有手动摆轴，可调节纸尾高度，送纸台为钢支架，钢板车壁坚固耐用。

Feeding platform moving using linear guide, with manual swing axis, adjustable height of paper tail, feeding platform is steel bracket, steel plate car wall is strong and durable.

机械单元直接气缸推拉结构，移动，可快速开合所有单元，按钮开关气动控制机台分离和组合。

Mechanical unit direct cylinder push-pull structure, moving, can quickly open and close all units, button switch pneumatic control machine separation and combination.

整机由送纸打印部固定在轨道上，过纸部、开槽部分离和组合按钮开关电动控制机台分离和组合，并附有自动报警装置。

The whole machine is fixed on the track by paper feeding and printing section, over paper section, slotting section is separated and combined with push button switch electric control machine separation and combination with automatic alarm device.

印刷平台采用304不绣钢制造，坚固耐用，采用钢制横梁精度高，承重好，拖链选用德国易格斯，运行平稳。

The printing platform is made of 304 stainless steel, sturdy and durable, with steel crossbeam of high precision and good load-bearing, and the drag chain is selected from German Igus for smooth running.

吸风箱主风道装有开关，送纸到持定位置启动开关关闭风道，打印时印刷拉动纸板可减少送纸风箱的摩擦力，使Y向步进更精确。

打印平台使用多组吸附同步带结构，使V向步进更精准;由于同步带带有张弛力，电机、机器零件使用寿命更长。
