• 钉头速度每分钟1200钉， 糊机速度每分钟110m,

 Stitcing head speed 1200nails/minute, Gluing speed 110m/minute

• 高度以三颗钉为例， 每分钟可达110个箱，

3nails can be stitching 110pcs/minute

• 3~5分钟内可完成换单设定， 即可大量生成（可记忆10000组订单），

3-5minutes setting,quickly to shift orders 

• 可钉单钉、 双钉、 加强钉最大钉距可达90mm, 愚小钉距30mm;

Can nail single nail, double nail, reinforcement nail distance up to 90mm, small nail distance of 30mm.

• 机两用可钉、 可糊两种功能， 也可先糊后钉完成，有盖、 无盖都可钉，

• 送纸部采用前缘皮带式送纸， 准确不歪斜，

• 进纸时有侧拍装置， 可使送纸整齐顺利，

• 钉头及整形部采用伺服马达运作， 钉距稳定又准确，

The nail head and shaping part are operated by servo motor, the nail distance is stable and accurate.

• 钉头部附加整形功能， 钉出成品不会产生剪刀叉整齐不歪斜，

Additional shaping function for the head of the nail, the finished product will not produce scissors and forks neatly and not skewed.

• 送线采用20KG/卷的自动送线

Wire feeding adopts 20KG/reel of automatic wire feeding.

可钉三层或五层纸板， A、 B、 C和AB楞的纸板（也可根据客户要求定做）

Can nail three or five layers of cardboard, A, B, C and AB flute cardboard (also can be customized according to customer requirements).

•计数排出可自定张数自动排出。

Counting and discharging can be automatically discharged with a self-set number of sheets.
