控制系统 Control System

◆ 复位：机器在工作过程中，打开印刷组进行擦版或少量换版，该工作完成后，合上印刷组，按复位按钮印刷版可以自动就近归位到原来印刷位置；

   Reset: During the work of the machine, open the printing group for plate rubbing or a small amount of plate changing, after the work is completed, close the printing group, press the reset button and the printing plate can be automatically returned to the original printing position nearby;

◆ 可控式网纹辊升降：当某一组临时不需要印刷时，可单独控制该组网纹辊升降；

   Controllable anilox roller lifting: when a group temporarily does not need printing, the group can be controlled separately to lift the anilox roller;

◆ 供油系统：常用轴承全部采用气压式外部供油系统，过桥齿轮轴承采用喷淋式供油。

   Oil supply system: all common bearings adopt pneumatic external oil supply system, and over-bridge gear bearings adopt spray oil supply.

◆ 自动校版系统：贰张校准印版，节约成本、节省时间；

   Automatic plate calibration system: II calibrated printing plate, saving cost and time;

◆ 各部尺寸电脑值入一键调整，装上印板后2-3分钟内完成：送纸、印刷、开槽、模切与糊箱联动生产线的调整；

   Computer value of each ministry into the one-key adjustment, finished within 2-3 minutes after loading the printing plate: paper feeding, printing, slotting, die-cutting and gluing box linkage production line adjustment;

◆ 可衔接全自动上纸机、糊箱生产线；

◆ 免重复操作功能：在原来的送纸部操作面板上删除墨辊上下按钮，墨辊上下与送纸同步。

   Repeat-free operation function: the ink roller up and down button is deleted from the original operation panel of paper feeding section, and the ink roller up and down is synchronized with paper feeding.

◆ 印刷与收纸不同速度同步调整功能：印刷开槽模切速度与收纸速度，叠纸后同步加、减速，如果需方操作员工方便可自行调整加、减速。

   Synchronous adjustment function of different speed of printing and paper receiving: printing slotting and die-cutting speed and paper receiving speed, synchronous acceleration and deceleration after stacking paper, if the demand side operation staff can adjust acceleration and deceleration by themselves for convenience.

◆ 大触摸屏内新增加试印按钮；在触摸屏内点击试印数量设定输入数量；

   The new button of test printing in the large touch screen; click on the number of test printing in the touch screen to set the input quantity;

◆ 自动分离归零按钮：当订单完成后按自动分离归零按钮各机组自动分离到设定位置且印刷版辊回挂版位置；   

   Automatic separation and zeroing button: when the order is completed, press the automatic separation and zeroing button, each unit will automatically separate to the set position and the printing plate roller will return to the hanging position;
