产品介绍 Introduction

纸板堆积全过程，均由控制系统自动完成；纸板输送速度，可视生产需要任意调整；该部工作时，设有可靠的安全自动保护装置；前段为气压式升降控制接纸臂，后段为液压式升降台，确保生产安全；采用皱纹皮输送带，保证平稳送纸；变频调整，堆积动作采用 PLC 控制，性能稳定；

The whole process is completed automatical controlled by the control system;  speed is adjustable according to production needs; when working, a reliable safety device is provided; the front section is a pneumatic controlled receiving arm; the rear hoisting platform is driven by hydraulic, which ensures the safety of operators; the wrinkled surface conveyer makes the delivery stable and steady; frequency conversion adjustment and stacking adopts Taiwan Yonghong PLC control, the performance is stable.  

输纸平台采用新型铝材结构，减轻机器重量，调整便利，能适应各种生产需求； 

The paper transmiting platform adopts  aluminum structure, which lightens the machine weight and convenient adjustment,this structure adapts to all kinds of production needs. 

平台升降采用液压系统控制，结构可靠，运行稳定； 

Hoisting of the stacking platform driven by hydraulic, reliable structure, running stable. 

叠纸架可根据不同需求来实现自动与手动两种操作模式，前端接纸平台采用气动升降结构，方便前端印刷机拆装模板； 

Option between manual and automatic mode, front receiving unit controlled by pneumatic cylinder, convenient for the maitenance of the printing or die cutting machine. 

叠纸架的最大叠纸高度为 1600-1700mm； 

Maximum stacking height 1600mm-1700mm. 

前端接纸配有压条压纸机构，使纸板在移动的过程中更平稳。

Front receiving unit equipped with surpressing bars, keep the plates moving smoothly during transfer; surpressing sunwheels at rhe rear part,make the dropping of the plates perfectly leveled.
