送纸采用德国博世力士乐伺服系统驱动送纸轮，送纸准确可靠，单独伺服控制有效避免了精度的丢失，独立伺服电机控制减少了传动环节，使用寿命长； 

Feeding Unit Driven by German Bosch-Recroth Servo System, reliable and accurate, independent servo control avoids the  reducing of the accuracy and independent servo motor driven need less transmision components gives the machine longer serving life.

采用真空吸附辅助送风系统，风压可调 ; 

Auxiliary vacuum feeding unit, vacuum adjustable.

配有柔性进纸机构及隔张送纸功能 ; 

Flexible feeding system and skip feeding function. 

整机齿轮高频热处理，表面加硬精磨制成；采用喷淋式自动润滑，极大提高了运转精度及使用寿命 ; 

The gears are high frequency heat treated, surface hardening and fine grinding, equipped with automatic spray lubricating system, greatly improves the running condition and service life.  

左右档板位置有电脑控制调整，快速准确 ; 

Both port and starboard guiding plate can be adjusted by computer, fast and accurate;. 

辊筒采用优质钢，内部调质，表面研磨镀硬铬并做平衡处理，增加运转平稳 ; 

Rollers made of high quality steel, quenched and surface tempered,chromed and fine grinded, balanced to improve its running stability.

采用进口模切胶垫，安装调换快速方便，模切刀口平滑，使用寿命长，极大降低使用成本 ; 

Imported Anvil cover, easy installation and replacement;clean cut and long life for the die blades.  

模切辊采用液压装置横向移动，距离为 40mm 并有气动装置控制板辊上下升降，延长胶垫使用寿命。

Axial movement of the Anvil roller driven by hydraulic system with a distance of 40mm, smooth and stable. Pneumatic cylinders controls the  lifting and lowering of the Die Roller, disengage the rollers while not feeding.
