2.主要配置说明 Machine Main Features

l  使对中后整垛纸板经过液压控制翻转后由拨叉推至输送带。

the whole stack of cardboard is turned over by hydraulic control and pushed to the conveyor belt by the shift fork.

l  输送带将倾倒的纸板送至层叠式输送部，经层叠式输送部后纸板自动成鱼鳞状排列，并经水平输送部皮带输送至印刷机进纸台。

The conveyor belt sends the dumped paperboard to the stacking conveyor. After passing through      the stacking conveyor, the paperboard is automatically arranged in fish scales, and is transported to the paper feeding table of the linkage line through the belt of the horizontal conveyor.

l  前挡板为龙门一体式，二侧置有侧拍装置，可电动调整。

3.技术要点 Technical Specification

n  水平架具有伸缩功能，无需机台整机移动，轻松调整拍板距离。

n 机台增设前档机构，将堆积纸板拉成鱼鳞状，方便纸板连续进入印刷机进纸口；

前档机构为龙门架式前后移动，结构合理紧凑，

便于调整。

n  前档架两边增设双面拍板机构，把蓄纸部堆叠

的纸板拍齐，在前挡板的作用下，水平架上的

纸板成鱼鳞状，整齐的输送入印刷机进纸部。

五、自动上纸机关于拍纸补充说明

Supplementary instructions on paper shooting of auto Pre-feeder

拍纸：如配套设备原有侧拍系统，我司可利用则不再加装配套设备上的侧拍，根据配套设备上拍纸板的实际大小，可能会更换侧拍纸板。

如配套设备原无侧拍系统，我司负责加装侧拍系统。

Paper shooting: if the supporting equipment has the original side shooting system, our company can use it, we will not add the side shooting on the supporting equipment, and shoot according to the supporting equipment

The actual size of the cardboard may be changed.

If the supporting equipment has no side shot system, our company is responsible for installing the side shot system.

光电：我司负责在设备档纸板上安装光电开关；请在固定档纸板上预留安装光电开关孔槽及侧拍电气信号接口。

Photoelectric: our company is responsible for installing photoelectric switches on the paperboard of the equipment; Please reserve holes and slots for installing photoelectric switches and side rackets on the fixed paperboard electrical signal interface.

印刷机打开：为方便使用，我司上纸机配有印刷机打开时，同步后退功能；为实现此功能，请预留印刷机打开信号接口。
