The production line with the function of automatic feeding, no pressure feeding, automatic calibrating and creasing, automatic die cutting, Automatic Stripping,Automatic Counting non stop complete process.It is espeically suitable for offset and
pre-printed cardboards of Mass production. Advantages:
1. High Strength: Servo Drive no pressure feeding, which not only improves the feeding precision, but also protect the corrugated board strength. The Strength is 25-30% stronger than from the traditional pulling rollers feeding unit. Due to no pressure feeding, the weight of the raw paper can be less than the conventional process for the same cardboard strength .
2. Perfect Shape: Creasing unit can do the convex and concave line at the same time, achieved the effect of flat bed die cutting. guarantees the rapid forming of the product;
3. High Precision: detect the color mark or pattern on the printed cardboard. According to the detected position,quickly adjust the position of creasing and die-cutting. to achieve precise creasing and die-cutting; the precision is ±0.5mm. Due to color mark tracking, can correct the error caused by the cardboard production;
4. Save Raw Paper: Due to the large processing range, the maximum die-cut size is 1350*1800mm, which can realize multi in one (2 in 1,3 in 1,4 in 1 etc.) die-cutting; save the edge material and realize the net size die-cutting, which greatly improves the material utilization rate and saves Raw materials, create more benefits for clients ;according to the clients actual calculation, Save rate is 1-4%.
5. High Efficiency: The production efficiency is 2- 3 times of flat bed die-cutting machine.
6. Save Labors Cost: 3-5 workers can complete the whole production process.
