主要功能及零部件 Main functions and features 

1、本机同时适应纸板和纸箱做业。

     This machine is suitable for cardboard and carton industry at the same time.

2、 打结机头和移动纸板拉勾全部由伺服控制，能快速平稳打结做业。

     The knotting head and moving cardboard pull hook are all controlled by servo, which can quickly and smoothly knotting work.

3、整机控制由触摸屏人机加PLC全电脑控制，操作便捷。 

     The whole machine is controlled by touch screen man-machine and PLC, which is convenient to operate.

4、机台标配提节功能，可以把绳节从纸箱底部提到侧面防止纸箱堆叠时造成压伤。

     The machine is equipped with the function of lifting knot as standard, which can bring the rope knot from the bottom of the carton to the side to prevent.To prevent crushing injury when stacking cartons.

5、可选配宽绳功能，使产品更美观并且防止纸板被窄绳拉伤，有自动接绳功能并具有缺绳， 断绳报警

     Wide rope function is optional to make the product more beautiful and prevent the cardboard from being pulled by narrow rope.

It has the function of automatic rope connection and alarm for missing rope and broken rope.

6、可选配纸板尺寸自动测量系统，无需人工轿入产品尺寸，即可快速换单。
